Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes! We make every effort to ensure that the product you receive matches the pictures on our website. However, slight variations in color, size, or details may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches. Rest assured, the quality and design will meet your expectations.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
If you’d like, we can send you an invoice. Just contact our support team at otaku@otakusayan.com, and we’ll provide your sales receipt quickly.
How can I return an item?
You can return items by mail. Once we receive the item at our address (which will be provided to you), we will process your refund and send the money back to you.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes! We usually restock items within 5–10 days. If you really want a specific item, we can even try to find it sooner for you.
