Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At Otakusayan.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions.

Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Downloadable content or software
Items that are intimate, sanitary, or perishable
Hazardous materials or flammable products

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases such as:

Opened or used merchandise
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Returns made after 30 days from delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company; processing times may vary.
Contact your bank if needed.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, contact us at otaku@otakusayan.com. After approval, send your item to the address we provide.

Gifts
If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

Returning Items
